We’ve taken one of London’s best burgers and flipped it onto a fully loaded Detroit-style pie.Say hello to the Bougie on the Block. This is our limited-edition collab with the burger dons at Burger & Beyond. Two crews, one kitchen, coming together to cook up a recipe that’s equal parts Detroit muscle and burger royalty. This one’s big, wobbly and delish. It’s our fluffy, crispy base piled with dry-aged beef, double American cheese, beef fat onions, steak sauce 2.0 and bone marrow mayo (aka marrow-naise).It’s loud. It’s saucy. The combo of rich fats, sauces and cheese hits like a beefy tang flavor bomb.Crunchy corners. Fluffy base. All the saucy, beefy, melty goodness. It’s bold, it’s messy, it’s not here for long!
